The Business Culture Development Blueprint consists of four programs that holistically address both your internal and external stakeholder collaboration issues. It is a minimum rhythm that helps you zoom out / do systemic interventions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The implemention of the Business Culture Development Blueprint knows three phases plus a startup/kickoff phase:
HOW TO GET STARTED
For a smooth implementation within your organization, we have developed four core services to support you (see below). In the startup phase we do an intake, a culture scan, and an introductory session or webinar. In the first phase we make sure to have a location arranged where we can work with you near your office(s). In the second phase, a selection of changemakers who want to run the programs in the last phase follow our systemic modeling training. In the third phase we do some last advisory and coaching of those running the program. Lincences keep you up to date.
